Rates & Rooms are subject to availability. Any damage to the property willingly by  guests during the stay, will be charged on the actual cost basis involved in the damage. 

Any Cancellation/Amendment within 15 days of arrival or in case of No Show, entire stay retention would be applicable. Cancellation/Amendment done between 15 days to 30 days of the arrival date, 50% retention would be applicable for the entire stay amount.· Cancellation/Amendment done before 30 days of arrival, no retention would be levied.
